Service Description
Building the players upper, lower and core body strength to withstand and endure the physical demands of sports. Combining Calisthenics, H.I.I.T and Cross Fit principles, we use a mixture of resistance bands, conditioning ropes, Speed chutes and light weights, among other tools, to develop/build a stronger, durable athletic body.
